Teresa Stadlober relies on altitude training with ergoHI²

The successful Austrian cross-country skier Teresa Stadlober is preparing intensively for the coming season and the 2026 Winter Olympics.

A central component of her training strategy is sleep elevation training with ergoHI² - an innovative method for targeted performance optimization in endurance sports.

Individual altitude training - while you sleep

The ergoHI² system creates a simulated altitude of up to 3,000 meters above sea level in the sleeping environment.

This exposes the body to a lower partial pressure of oxygen in a controlled manner - a stimulus that triggers numerous physiological adaptations:

-Increase in aerobic capacity

-Improved oxygen utilization

-More efficient regeneration

-Long-term performance stabilization

For Teresa Stadlober, this means: targeted altitude stimuli, individually adapted and fully integrated into her daily training routine - without any travel or climatic stress.

"Altitude training with ergoHI² is a valuable part of my pre-season preparation. I can sleep at altitude in a controlled manner and at the same time complete my training sessions in a familiar environment - that's ideal."

- Teresa Stadlober

Scientifically sound - tested in practice

The concept of "SLEEP AND TRAIN HIGH" has been scientifically proven for years and is used successfully in competitive sport worldwide.

With ergoHI², this method can now be implemented efficiently, flexibly and independently of location - even over longer periods of time.
