  • General office organization and administrative management
  • Supporting management and the various departments in their day-to-day operations
  • Correspondence processing, document management, and filing
  • Reception and support of visitors and business partners
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
  • Assistance with travel planning and travel expense reimbursement
  • Maintaining the intranet and contributing to internal and external communications (e.g., social media, SharePoint)
  • Organization and support for trade show appearances

 

Responsibility competence

  • Ensuring smooth administrative processes in the back office
  • Independent organization and processing of travel bookings (flights, hotels, rental cars, including price comparisons)

 

Skills and potential for growth

  • Solid business knowledge in an office setting
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ideally SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
