Elena Trinks has been training with ergoHI² since 2023

I have been training regularly in the ergoHI² CABIN since October 2023 - and have also been sleeping in the high-altitude cabin every night since November 2024. As a middle-distance runner in athletics, my goal is to continuously work on my performance limits and improve my endurance in a targeted manner. The innovative ergoHI² concept has enabled me to do just that - and much more besides.

The changes speak for themselves:

  • Significantly improved 800m time
  • Noticeably more efficient breathing under stress
  • Significantly faster regeneration after intensive training sessions
  • Measurable performance gains in strength and endurance

What initially appears to be small progress is actually an impressive development. The continuous improvements in the various areas are not only tangible, but also objectively verifiable - and this is precisely where the big difference lies compared to conventional training.

I would particularly like to highlight the precise measurement and analysis technology of ergoHI².
It allows me to precisely track my performance development, target weaknesses and individually adapt my training stimuli based on valid data. This not only makes every training session more efficient, but also significantly more sustainable. My entire training approach has changed fundamentally as a result - away from blanket plans and towards customized performance management at the highest level.

I am very grateful to be able to train with ergoHI². It's much more than just a training concept - it's an innovative system that has a significant influence on my athletic development and helps me to reach my full potential.
