Your tasks
- Management, organization, and continuous optimization of warehouse and logistics processes
- Ensuring smooth incoming and outgoing goods processes including quality control
- All tasks related to materials management, including working with our inventory management programs:
- Goods Receiving
- Incoming Goods Inspection
- Order Picking
- Entering Delivery Slips
- Unloading and Storing the Goods in the Warehouse
- Independent management and maintenance of the warehouse
- Work Planning and Material Preparation for Manufacturing
- Assisting with production as needed
Area of Responsibility:
- Timely Provision of Materials
- Order and Cleanliness in the Warehouse Area
- Ensuring accurate warehouse management and inventory data
- Compliance with Packaging, Shipping, and Safety Requirements
- Reporting Delivery Issues and Material Deviations
- Close collaboration with the central purchasing department and other functional departments
We are enthusiastic
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a warehouse logistics specialist, logistics clerk, or a comparable program
- Work experience in warehousing, logistics, or materials management is a plus
- Proper Use of Warehouse Management and ERP Systems
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, inventory management systems)
- Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus
- A structured, reliable, and independent approach to work
- Ability to work well with others, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach
- A high degree of initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
